The P53 product group of the MEMS process is divided into three types: absolute pressure and closed gauge pressure.
Product output specifications are divided into voltage type and current type pressure sensors.
The guaranteed accuracy at normal temperature is +/-1.0%, if considering the characteristics of temperature (-20°C to 85°C), the accuracy is +/- 1.5%.
High pressure refers to gauge pressure above 100bar

Using corrosion-resistant 304L and 316L stainless steel, it can be applied to the measurement of gases and fluids: such as engine oil, diesel oil, fluid, brake fluid, water, waste water, hydrogen, nitrogen and air.

Refrigeration, fuel cells, pumps, hydraulics, control systems, sprinkler systems, aerodynamics, compressors, fluid applications, mechanical technology, agriculture and hydrogen storage, etc.
